Unit 0 - Formulation
- Must have at least 7 correct
- Errors in measurements: absolute vs relative (calculations and definition)
- Base SI magnitudes and units as well as the derived given in class, such as density.

- State and describe kinetic theory in terms of the changing kinetic energy of particles, overcoming IMF´s and changing states of matter.

- State the name, sketch a graph, state the relationship (and constant variable) and the equation for the Boyle-Marriotte, Gay Lussac and Charles´ Law.

- Describe and explain atomic radius across a period and down a group.
- Define "electronegativity".
- Describe the pattern in electronegativity and be able to order elements in terms of it.
- Use electronegativity values to assign the types of bonding found between atoms.
- Describe ionic, covalent (simple molecular and giant covalent) and metallic bonding.
- State properties of each bonding type.
- Describe an investigation to work out the type of bonding present in an uknown substance.
- State the 3 types of intermolecular forces.
- State the IMF´s present in molecules according to the elements present in them.
- Relate IMF´s to melting and boiling points.
